Haven’t received Item

Can’t write a review on the item when I haven’t received the it yet. Been waiting nearly 6 weeks. Don’t know where the information comes from that it was delivered 2 weeks ago. According to the tracking information supplied it hasn’t even left China yet. Have asked for a refund but haven’t heard anything back.

I ordered a rug almost a month ago and it took almost two weeks for it to be ‘shipped’ and after another two weeks it still hasn’t left China.

I’m hopeful the product is worth waiting for.
