Do you offer a FREE SHIPPING?
YES, we offer FREE & Express shipping on orders and the typical delivery time frame is between 7-14 business days for Free Shipping and 5-12 business days for Express Shipping depending on your location.
Do you offer Returns/Exchanges?
YES, we offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Also if you have received the wrong size we are happy to send you the correct size.
As our products are intended for personal use and involve direct contact with parts of the body, therefore cannot be re-used by another individual. Due to Covid-19 issues that is why we have decided that all of our sales should be final at the exception of items damaged in transit. If it’s a defective product, we will ship you a new one.
Do your slides fit big or small?
They fit true to size but slightly bigger so you can wear them with socks. Please check the size chart in the product page to make sure you get the right size. Keep in mind that the moon slippers are open toed so cover a range of sizes.
Do Moon Slippers cure foot pain?
Most of the reviews from our customers who experience foot pain, say that our slippers help a lot for the foot pain, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, reduce swelling , muscle soreness, calf cramping and improve circulation but we don't claim that they cure foot pain.
The Moon Slippers are not a medical product but they do reduce stress with each step and absorb the position of your foot, making it more comfortable then most footwear.
Do they shrink in the sun?
Our slides are made of EVA, the squishiest, most comfortable material. There are micro air pockets the compress when overheated causing them to shrink slightly. Eva is not resistant to extremely high temperatures and can not be exposed to sunlight for a very long time.

Are they as comfy as they look?
Moon slippers & Moonzy Slides are very comfy. Soft & sturdy as needed and have good resilience.
Do you produce mens size?
Yes, we do produce up to mens size 13. All our slides are Unisex.
What are they made of?
For soft compression, comfort and durability, most of our products are made of EVA. The calorific value of EVA is similar to that of oil. So you can say that EVA is rather environmentally friendly.
They are more stiff than advertised, why is this?
The Ethylene Vinyl Acetate or Eva material we use, is designed to break in over time. They are supposed to be stiff right when you get them. If you want to skip the “break in” period, then soak them in warm water for 15 minutes.
Something is missing from the order
While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.

We are located in Perth, Western Australia.
Where are the Moon Slippers products manufactured?
The Moon Slippers products are manufactured in Shanghai due to cheaper production cost and shipping. We ship directly from our production warehouse in Shanghai and suppliers in Sydney NSW.
